Watch the LEGO man! He's in a house. What turns on? What turns off? See what the LEGO man does as you learn two simple words, on and off.
This lesson is just one of many that teach basic modifiers. These words add to the basic subject + verb combination to make sentences more interesting.
How do I teach this lesson?
The entire goal of this short lesson is to teach the words "on" and "off." The lesson teaches these modifiers in a couple different ways: The light is off. The TV is off. He is on the couch, off the couch. The focus of this lesson is to make clear what these two words are and to use them in a sentence.
This and other similar lesson will be more fully developed later in the program. Right now, just have fun with this lesson.
