Poor Bob the blob. He's trying to get through the door! But he's having a hard time. One minute it's open, and the next minute it's closed! Will he make it through? Watch this lesson to find out.
"Open" and "closed" are both important modifying words. Saying, "The door is open," tells you something about the door. These words are simple, but still important.
How do I teach this lesson?
This whole lesson is centered on the two words– open and closed. The goal is for the students to be able to understand these words and use them in a simple sentence. You can use other examples of things that open and close to make this lesson clear.
